Do you want to embed a Twitter Widget (Livestream, Feed) in your Freeway Pro website? This small article will help you achieve this in a couple of simple steps.
First of all, make sure you have a Twitter account and login to the http://www.twitter.com website.
Then go to the following Twitter website http://twitter.com/about/resources and click on the Widgets button.
On the following page click on the Website button and after that you will be presented with 4 options how you would like to show your Twitter feed.
Profile Widget. This is the one I used on my website. Display your most recent Twitter updates on any webpage.
Search Widget. Displays search results in real time! Ideal for live events, broadcastings, conferences, TV Shows, or even just keeping up with the news.
Faves Widget. Show off your favorite tweets! Also in real time, this widget will pull in the tweets you've starred as favorites. It's great for moderation.
List Widget. Put your favorite tweeps into a list! Then show 'em off in a widget. Also great for moderation.
After you've made your choice, you need to configure the style and behavior of your personal widget. Just change things as you like and click on the Test Settings button to see the results of your choices.
Satisfied with the looks of your Twitter Widget? Click on the Finish & Grab Code button and copy the code. Now go back to your Freeway Pro project, go to the page you want the widget to appear on, go to Insert, Markup Item and paste the Twitter code into this field. When finished click ok and you're up and running.
